Consistent service as always

I've bought from GS Workwear several times now, usually for our team's Helly Hansen work jackets and waterproof work trousers. This order was just as smooth as the last. Their delivery is reliable, took about a week to get to me in Texas this time. The products are always good, hold up well to daily use. That consistency is why I keep coming back. No complaints, just solid gear.

Great value on safety boots

I needed new steel toe cap trainers and was looking for the best deal. GS Workwear had a good price on the pair I wanted, and I found a free shipping offer for orders over 75, which helped. The boots arrived pretty quick, maybe 6 days. They seem well made for the price I paid, definitely worth it. I'll check them again next time I need work gear, especially if they have another deal going on.

Is GS Workwear any good compared to, like, Workwear Express? Looking for some branded polo shirts for my small business.

S Sarah 2 months ago
I've used both. GS Workwear's embroidery quality was really decent, and their customer service was helpful when I had a question about my design. Workwear Express is also good, but I found GS a bit more personal.

They both carry similar brands. I'd say check out both for pricing on the specific items you want. Sometimes one is cheaper than the other depending on what deals they have going on.

wondering if I can stack a first-time buyer discount with one of their free shipping offers? trying to get some hi-vis vests for a new project.

S Sarah Ito 2 months ago
Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code at a time. I tried to use a bulk discount with a free shipping code once and it didn't work.

Yeah, most places don't let you stack codes. Usually, it's one or the other. Free shipping is usually automatic over a certain amount anyway, so if your order is big enough, you'll get it regardless of a code.

Thinking of getting some Helly Hansen jackets for my crew, anyone know if they're good for really cold weather, like proper winter conditions?

T Todd E. 2 months ago
Yeah, I got one last winter from GS Workwear. Held up great through a really icy snap we had. Kept me proper warm.

Helly Hansen is usually solid. I've had their stuff before, not from GS specifically, but the brand itself is top notch for cold.

Do these guys ship to the US? I'm in New York and need some Portwest stuff pretty quick.

D Dan Z. 2 months ago
I think they're UK based, so shipping to the US might be a bit pricey and take a while. You'd probably have to check their shipping info on the site.

Pretty sure they're a UK company. You might be better off finding a local supplier for Portwest if you need it fast.
